This is to inform you that I’ve been a customer of your bank for 5 years. I’m really happy with the services I got. I want to get my a/c transferred now.
As per my company policy, I need to be relocated to Mumbai in the month of July,2017 so I won’t be able to continue my a/c here so please transfer my a/c from your branch to Thane, Navi Mumbai branch.
I am enclosing passbook copy and application form. Please look into this matter ASAP. If anything needed further, you can contact me via mail or phone.

But i think contractions like A/C ans ASAP are not much preferred ,
